ABOUT ME

Feeling before painting”

In the realm of my artistic spirit, I am an embodiment of passion. Every emotion coursing through me, every texture I touch, every sight and sound that graces my senses, all converge to find expression in the canvas of my creations.

It is as if this fervor, this unique perspective on life, seeps into every fiber of my being, influencing the very essence of my actions. The blank canvas, an unwritten narrative awaiting revelation, becomes my sacred ground. It is a canvas I approach with reverence, adorning it with graphite, a prayer, a poem, or a phrase that resonates with the echoes of my soul—a ritualistic commencement of the artistic journey.

Should the destined creation be abstract, I plunge into the unknown without a predetermined vision, guided only by fleeting memories, triumphant experiences, the laughter of my children, or the echo of a simple sound.

In the realm of figurative art, I immerse myself in the world around me, absorbing the hues that compose my new palette. I assimilate them, giving birth to a visual symphony that unfolds before me as I delve into the process.

My artistic techniques are as diverse as the emotions that fuel them—abstract, collage, or figurative. The very materials I select contribute to the eclectic tapestry of my artistry: sands, oils, acrylics, fabrics, woods, and myriad others, each lending its unique texture to the evolving masterpiece.

In the echoes of influence, I find kinship with the artistic spirits of Antoni Tàpies and Manuel Millares, drawing inspiration from their profound expressions.

As the canvas comes to life, I am reminded of the wisdom imparted by Pablo Picasso: «Inspiration does exist, but it has to find you while you are working».

In the dance between creation and inspiration, I find my truest self, a passionate artist, bringing forth a symphony of emotions and experiences onto the canvas of existence.
